and now inexplicable headcanon friendship and occasional crackpairing nonsense: sad edition with Zaeed and Mordin.

ACCEPTED.  like Chakwas/Zaeed…i think the merc has a surprising commonality with someone like Mordin…maybe they aren’t driven by exactly the same things.  but they’re among the more experienced and (literally) scarred people that have ever roamed the Normandy.

I can see them getting a long really well too. Like sitting in the bar with Kasumi just chilling out talking through their old adventures. I’m sure Mordin has quite a few choice words for some of the people Zaeed has faced and Zaeed probably laughs at how Mordin, being good on the battlefield as well as in the lab, has actually had other people live on the suicide missions he took on.
